Many children and teens have problems that affect how they think, feel and behave (act). CBT is a type of therapy that helps them work through these problems and learn more effective alternatives.
During therapy sessions, kids have an opportunity to talk and learn how to work out their problems. Kids who learn to cope better - feel better, and do better.
